Shipping policy

Where your order ships from

The Everyday Readers ship directly from our manufacturing partner overseas. That is why they take 4 to 9 business days rather than two — and why we can price them the way we do.

The Glow Case and its gift sets ship from our US fulfilment partner.

Free shipping

The Everyday Readers: free on US orders of $49.99 or more.
The Glow Case and gift sets: free on US orders of $45 or more.
Below those amounts: a $4.99 flat rate.

Processing and delivery

The Everyday Readers: 4 to 9 business days.
The Glow Case and its gift sets: 1 to 3 business days processing, then 4 to 10 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Not arrived after 15 business days? Email us at support@brolisse.com and we will reship it or refund you in full.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

We currently ship to the United States only.
